Please note this is a small family owned business and each item created has a special time dedicated for them. No returns on personalized items. Please contact me with any issues right away!

Once an order has been placed it cannot be returned or cancelled. Each item is made to order and it is a step by step process creating each of those items. Replacement is only done if during shipment it was damaged, pictures will be required so USPS can provide a refund so a replacement can be processed. 

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

• Wood personalized items each are unique and the wood may contain imperfections that also adds character. 
• Our outdoor doormats are 100% Coir and personalized with a special liquid rubber coating, then sealed with a clear sealant to help protect the wording. Mat's may discolor after exposure to water. The higher traffic the area is, the quicker the doormats will fade overtime.
